I recently had a healing crisis in which both my Kidney, Gallbladder and Liver all started releasing stones!  I had been on the Carnivore Diet for two weeks and vlogged the experience on youtube. Many have asked about Liver Cleansing-especially since that's what I did to stop the gallbladder attack without surgery.
Here is the exact protocol we follow monthly for our health to decongest the liver and gallbladder!  Please let me know what questions you have!

Liver cleanse protocol

6 days of adding apple juice (32 oz)

Then the sixth day with the apple juice follow this schedule:

Morning

Apple juice, rice and fruit only 

Noon

Stop eating 

6pm 1 hefty tsp of Epsom salt followed by 6-8oz of water
8pm same as 6pm

10pm 

3/4 c grapefruit juice

1/2 c Olive oil 

Place in a jar with lid and shake

While standing up and ready for bed, drink the whole thing!

Lie down flat on your bed in a dark room

Set timer to not move for 20 minutes

Sleep

6am repeat Epsom salts again

8am repeat Epsom salts again

10am you may resume eating. Fruit and rice or gentle foods are best.

This is like an outpatient surgery- so only watch and think about things that make you comforted and relaxed!

The emotions that were stored in the liver stones will sometimes be experienced when the stones come out.
Just know that’s toxins leaving the body and you  as are healing!
