In this episode I discuss exploring the possibility of changing your thought process. To take a more relaxed way of life. Slowing down the inensity a bit, to enjoy the positivity that is avalible...... provided we create the space psycologically to observe the beauty of our lives and delete the negitivity. This message ends with a really cool disney song that basically identifies how I try to live my life. It doesnt always work but for the most part its an accurate example of my general mentallity.
