    In this episode we're going to explain what a breakfast (and any meal) should do for you. And then, I'm going to surprise you with the perfect breakfast. It's NOT going to be what you think. But I'll explain why it is and why you should just try this breakfast... and see what happens to you, your digestion, and your weight.


    If I'm wrong, you can always go back to eating the breakfasts you've been eating. Just listen and experiment.

  • Fruit Is Dumb! - Avoid Fruit If You Want To Lose Weight. This Will Be Controversial. -- EPISODE 11

    Another Controversial Episode.


    Remember the last time you tried to lose weight. You cut out all the bad foods. You ate more fruit. The apples, the oranges. Bananas. You did everything you were supposed to do. Even though you ate all the right foods, as you were taught, you lost exactly 0 pounds.


    You didn't cut out the fruit. The fruit has Fructose. Fructose is Sugar. Sugar turns to fat.


    If you eat too much fruit an any one day, you will not lose weight that day.

  • Fat Adaptation, Ozempic And The Question From Joseph -- EPISODE 8

    To burn the fat that's already stored on your belly, hips, and butt, you're going to have to get your body to actually use that stored fat as fuel. Most of our bodies tend to use Glucose/Sugar as the primary fuel.


    The takeaway of this episode is that to lose fat, and the weight that the fat weighs, you're going to need your body to burn off the fat that's currently on your body. To do that, your must adapt your body to burn fat as fuel.


    Our Strategy is to alter our diet by limiting sugars and carbohydrates (which get converted into sugars) with the goal to limit the foods that get turned into fat. Afterall, how can you lose fat/weight at the same time you are creating more fat/weight.

  • Feasts Aren't Permanent. Meal Compression. - EPISODE 6

    We've made it past Thanksgiving. And if there's a lesson to be learned, it is that a feast here or there is not a permanent weight gain. One tool that can be used to lose more weight more quickly than diet alone is Meal Compression. You will eat all of your meals within an 8 hour period of the day and for the remaining 16, you will not eat. The most efficient way to do this, is to push back breakfast times into lunchtime.
