  • Florida Man Friday | Man Beat Girlfriend's Baby to Death, Blamed Puppies | Bobby Frank Curry Jr
    Jul 26 2024
In this week's Florida Man Friday true crime story, Ky delves into the case of a toddler's death under suspicious circumstances. On March 5, 2024, police responded to a call about an unresponsive child in Lakeland, Florida. They found 23-month-old Ezekiel Cotto St. Fleur lying on the bathroom floor, not breathing. Despite being transported to two hospitals, Ezekiel died from his injuries on March 8.

Ky explores the disturbing details as the investigation unfolds. The mother's boyfriend, 20-year-old Bobby Frank Curry Jr., claimed that Ezekiel was injured by puppies jumping on him, causing him to fall and hit his head. However, inconsistencies in his account and the severity of Ezekiel's injuries led medical professionals to suspect physical abuse. Bobby's decision to delay calling 911 for over two hours, instead messaging the child's mother on Instagram, raises more questions about his actions and intentions.

As Ky discusses the case, she highlights the importance of caution when introducing new people into a child's life.

    Ky also reads your comments.

  • Midweek Mini | iPad Accident or Child Abuse That Led to Murder | Case of Steven Nichols
    Jul 24 2024
In today's true crime story, we explore a case of alleged child abuse that left Ky in shock. Join host Ky as she delves into the disturbing details surrounding 19-year-old Steven Nichols, who claims an iPad accident left his infant son with severe injuries. But as the investigation unfolds, the truth comes out.

On March 11, 2024, a mother picked up her month-old son from his father's house, only to find the baby bruised and fussy. Nichols insisted that an iPad had fallen on the child, but the injuries told a different story. The baby was found to have bilateral skull fractures, significant brain injury, femur fractures, rib fractures, spinal bleeding, and burns on his buttocks. Medical professionals determined that these injuries were not accidental.

Ky examines the evidence and questions Nichols' account, inviting listeners to ponder how such severe injuries could be inflicted by a mere iPad. As the case remains ongoing, Ky promises to keep you updated on any new developments.

Ky also reads your comments on past episodes and plays an interview for an update.

5 to 4

Why it was 4 stars instead of 5 stars was, because the performance was not as good as some other podcasts. But, the stories are great.
