    A beautiful pearl thief takes advantage of a British auto engineer on holiday....and then falls in love with him. At the Paris branch of the Bronson automobile factory. In the manager's elaborate office, a young man paces the floor angrily, talking to himself in loud threatening tones. He is rehearsing a speech that he is going to deliver to the boss.
