Mojo Station – il Blues e le Sue Culture è un progetto ideato da Gianluca Diana e Pietropaolo Moroncelli. In onda dal 2002 attaverso diverse emittenti, questo format radiofonico diffonde il suono del blues e di tutte le espressioni musicali di matrice nero ed afroamericane ad esso connesse. Esplora ed illustra lo spirito della musica blues dagli albori fino ai paesaggi musicali contemporanei, attraverso ritratti degli artisti di maggiore rilevanza del settore, suonando accurate selezioni di brani storici armonizzati con i frutti della continua ricerca di ciò che il panorama musicale produce. La presentazione di libri, recensioni, live-set e altri eventi ne fanno un riferimento per tutti gli operatori e appassionati di settore. Questa esperienza radiofonica ha portato alla creazione dell’ Associazione Culturale Mojo Station (organizzazione no profit) per promuovere la musica blues nero ed afroamericana, con organizzazione di vari eventi (musica dal vivo-dj set- I.B.C. Selezioni Italia dal 2006-mostre fotografiche ed esposizioni di arte visiva). In primo luogo, l’ Asosciazione Culturale Mojo Station crea e organizza dal 2005 il “Mojo Station Blues Festival – Roma” senza soluzione di continuità …and Nothin’ But The Blues! Mojo Station – Blues ‘n’ His Culture is a project created by Gianluca Diana and Pietropaolo Moroncelli. Since 2002, this radio format spreads out the blues sound and all the black-afroamerican musical roots dealed with it. It explores all the blues music spirit from the beginnig until contemporary musical landscapes, through special features and tributes to the main artists, playing new albums, presenting books and reviews, live-sets and other events. This radio experience brought to the creation of Mojo Station Blues Society (no profit organization) in order to promote the black and afroamerican blues music, with organization of various events (live music- dj set- I.B.C. Italy selections since 2006 -photographic & visual art exhibition). In the first way, the Mojo Station Blues Society create and organize the “Mojo Station Blues Festival – Roma“, since 2005. …and Nothin’ But The Blues!
