My star Reiki graduate, yoga, and meditation teacher, Nicolette Ficchi, joins me to reflect on the lessons learned after completing her Reiki training. I have personally watched Nicolette bloom as she began her Reiki journey, and I felt called to share her backstory with the community because I know so many will relate. 

Anxiety used to follow Nicolette everywhere. So much so, she became anesthetized to being on edge all the time. It would take a physical upheaval (moving from New York City to LA) and years of rewiring her brain to take her to the balanced and blissed state she chooses to live in today.  Reiki has been an integral puzzle piece to that healing. 

We share our experiences with anxiety: how it manifested in our bodies, and explore Reiki as a mechanism for healing and growth.

Portia Wilson is intuitive AF y’all.
