A favorite Podcast!

I am reminded (or learn) about history, as well as cultures. The sacrifice of others to tell of The LORD is convicting to me for how I spend my time!

My new favorite!

I’ve only listened to two, but I’m excited to hear more! These are quick summaries, but packed with information, history, stories, and heart.
It would be difficult to decide what to include in a summary, but she is doing a great job!
Many missionary stories from history can feel informational and lack the spiritual journey so I appreciate the focus on including those bits of information.
I’d love if they were longer, but I’m excited to share this with others because they are shorter and require less time investment. I don’t know many people who enjoy learning about missionaries and this is an opportunity to be challenged by the stories of others!
I would like to hear more about the background of the people working on this and where they are finding their information.
I’m really excited about this podcast, these stories are so encouraging and challenging!
Oh, if they did a few children’s versions/ episodes that would be so great!

This is just perfect for inspiration in my personal life, a reminder of what is really important, and perfect for listening to while I study! May God continue to poor His blessings out on you and your family. I will keep you in my prayers.

Very thankful

These are very encouraging. I love the summaries. They are full of good information and also edifying to the soul. Also, a good resource for finding good missionaries biographies to read. Keep up the good work!

Very interesting and she puts a lot of research into it

I like that it goes deeper than a lot of the normal missionary stories, and I know I was especially surprised with all that I learned about the Moravians for example. I like how she shows both the good and the bad and a lot of the stuff and also tells about some of the individual missionaries that people don’t normally talk about, or ones that people would consider less successful because their harvest didn’t come till later. I also liked the ones on Japan. It would be nice if she went into different groups than just the mainstream protestants, like I would love one on the anabaptist reformation, or something, but she does a pretty good job.
