EPISODE 34 – FBI FAMILY ALBUM

Little did Matt know that one day he would accidently be locked in an FBI office with nothing to do but page through a collection of unique Family Albums.  Unique because they focused in on only one kind of family.  What they like to consider Organized Crime, to them the ultimate “family business.”

“Sally Dogs” Lombardi,  Gerard “Jerry” Chilli, Dominick “Sonny Black” Napolitano and the infamous Motion Lounge occupy this story, and of course the FBI.  Le t Matt tell you what really happened.

EPISODE 33 – THE WATERFRONT COMMISSION BLUES

According to Matt, The Waterfront Commission has outlived its usefulness and has become an agency that is highly prejudiced against Italian Americans who “happen to know somebody connected to Organized Crime.”  Matt’s discusses his recent article in the Daily News - Voice of the People, in which he says “the Supreme Court is now looking at a case in which the State of New Jersey is trying desperately to get out from under the bi-state Waterfront commission set up originally to prevent organized crime from thriving on the NY-NJ docks.”  Matt goes on to say that in 1953, when it was established there was work to do, but now it has become part of the problem.  Matt explains how important this upcoming Supreme Court decision will be for Italian Americans and for all who see justice and fair employment on the Waterfront.  (Included in this episode is an excerpt from our past Episode #9, The Waterfront Commission.)  A must-watch for followers of True Crime, Organized Crime and the Supreme Court.
