Midlife Flyness

As a 45 year old black woman I was literally looking at the changes to my body as though I’m getting older and falling apart. As I listen to Yo Fly Aunty podcast I realize that I’m going through a rite of passage that begins a new and exciting chapter in my life. My body is changing and how I receive it is the difference between a midlife crisis and midlife flyness.
