    P.S. This installment deviated from the normal schedule because WTP wanted to insure they could offer coverage of the midterms, which occurred after the first Saturday of the month, when the podcast is normally posted.  As a result of this and other imminent future planning conflicts, the next monthly episode will premiere mid-December, right before the holidays.
