    The first season of Mind Your Thinker is a little lagniappe - conversations between myself and my grandfather, Frank Arena. His mind would always ask my mind, "what do you think?" He created a psychologically safe environment for our minds to have difficult conversations about money, healthcare, politics, careers, & family. Such an environment is the foundation of Mind Your Thinker, PLLC, and one which is conducive to the growth of individuals, groups, and organizations.
