    we have Maria Bovin De Labbé Maria is the creator and founder of The Mindful Drumming Method, which focuses on finding presence through drumming. As a magic rhythm maker, she teaches her exclusive drumming method to her privately mentored students and in her workshops.

    She works as a free-lance drummer/ percussionist and performs live regularly with different bands. Hallingdolen, a Norwegian newspaper, called her “the incredibly talented percussionist . . . who impressed with a monotonous, but fantastic steady drumming beat throughout the performance.” Maria has been featured in Expressen, Mitt Livs Novell, Musikkterapibladet, Hallingdolen, and Akershus Amtstidene.

    She has taught at prestigious Norwegian Academy of Music. In addition to be her musical achievements, Maria is an acclaimed artist. She has participated in several exhibitions in both Norway and Sweden. Her artwork has been featured in the book Art Addiction: 100 Contemporary Artists (Masters of Today) and is sought after by companies like Jobline, Monster, Ajilon, NITO and Orkla.
