We often mistake what God has given us as gifts, territories and things to steward as our own and think we have to figure out what those things are supposed to become. However, before God gave them to us, He already decided what all of the things He has given us are to become. When God give us things He also has placed already in them what He desires for them to become and we are only to cultivate them. We have to yield to Him for how we are to grow them up. Too often we find ourselves becoming  slaves to our lives and all of the responsibilities that we have placed on ourselves or allowed the world to place on us, then we feel like we are drowning and can't keep our heads above water. Now we must shift our perspective to stop seeing things in the world's way and see them in God's way to re-prioritize our lives.
