You can't overstate how the western motion pictures influenced Kurosawa and how Mofune's lone Ronin (masterless samurai) totally represents the lone gunman. But let's not get too far into it. WOW!!!! DUNE PART 2!! This movie did not disappoint and neither did our guest. Eric came back for this special episode to talk about one of our fave movie series and one of our fave directors. I don't want to say too much, but it was great catching up and talking about not only a great scifi/fantasy film but possibly the next best picture winner (at least in my opinion).
