-Sprinkle Nutmeg

-Keeping a Manifestation Journal/Log
-3 main categories of your choosing
-Write whenever you feel called to/when you have an accomplishment in one of those categories

-New ritual: Debt Burning (in manifestation log)
-Write your debt on a piece of paper
-On the same side, write over your debt:
"Debt be gone, no more distress.
It will be handled with finesse.
No more concern and no more woe.
This debt be banished—let it go!"

-On the back side of that same strip of paper, in one small section, write how much you paid towards your debt vs the total debt amount

(Ex: front side reads “Car loan” with spell written over it
back side reads “date: 4/10/2024 paid $385 extra
$9240/$16500 paid total”)

-When you pay off portions of that debt (whether it’s a typical monthly payment or just an extra chunk), cut that portion off, burn it (in a fire safe environment/cauldron please!), and recite the debt burning spell as it burns.
