  • Lot’s Wife
    Jul 18 2023
HEALING IS … CONFUSING!! Remember the story from the Bible about Lot’s wife looking back? God turned her into a pillar of salt & I feel like that pillar of salt right now… The underlying message of this story is that sometimes, we must let go of what no longer serves us. We must trust that there is a better path ahead of us, even if we cannot see it yet. It can be difficult to let go of the past and step into the unknown, but we must have faith that we are being guided towards something better.

Lot's wife's story also reminds us of the consequences of holding onto the past. When we cling to things that no longer serve us, we are putting ourselves in danger. We may not turn into a pillar of salt, but we will face the consequences of our actions.
