    In this episode, we have our very first official guest to our podcast, a very special guest and dear friend. Mr. Simon Russell-White from Brisbane Groove Metal masters, Massic.


    In December last year, Simon was out for his usual morning run and suddenly collapsed due to an exploded aorta. 8 hours of emergency open-heart surgery and an induced coma followed It is a pure miracle that Simon survived the ordeal. In this episode of Music for the Mind, Simon tells us about his experience, about the music that helped him through it and so much more.
