Gia Carides, actress, producer and director, is best known for her roles on the silver screen, from Strictly Ballroom to My Big Fat Greek Wedding and, more recently, the acclaimed Big Little Lies.

Although a Sydneysider at heart, Gia has lived in Los Angeles for most of her adult life. And on today's episode, she reveals her must-have LA eats, covering everything from her holiday dining regrets, the Greek plates that pull on her heartstrings to the cooking superstitions her mother swore by.
