My Feel Good Podcast

By: Jonathan Boyd
  • Summary

  • I struggle with health. I like many Americans work tough jobs with 60+ hours of work a week, little to no vacation, and a stressful environment. Physical, Mental and Spiritual health seems to take a back seat to completing tasks, making money, making your supervisor happy. I am seeing a rapid decline in not just my physical health but my mental health. I am on a journey to better myself, and speak with those who have been on a journey of their own. Physical and mental health should be a focus for you as an individual. We only have one life to give, are we giving our best every day not for our work, but for ourselves. What can we do for self betterment? Let's talk and discuss.

    Feb 7 2022

Content Warning- this content does contain coversation obviously that might not be suitable for people of ages, please be aware.

It is Valentine's Week and I thought, who to help us understand intimacy, then the intimacy expert to millions.Susan Bratton brings the wisdom of love to our ears. This was a fun conversation, and at times for me, a little bashful. Intimacy is something we do not speak of often when we think about our health. Our intimacy with our partners is part of our physical and mental desires. Below are the links to her books, materials, and websites.
