  •  Life dealt Mary a cruel blow when her husband, her high school sweetheart and beloved father to her 2 boys, died of a sudden heart attack. 

    She lost per person and also her home.

    With many similarities to my own story, I knew that I wanted Mary to join me as a guest and share how she navigated this heartbreaking time in her life.

    Leaning on her Mom, her church and a bereaved adults group - she took the baby steps into living and loving again.
