  • 2021 was the most difficult year of my entire life when it comes to softball. I lost who I was, forgot how to pitch, and was so far in my head that I began to fall into the darkest place of my life. We start off by talking about how exactly I got to the point, and then continue on into discussing the emotions I felt during that time period. How I treated my teammates, my friends and family, all of it. We discuss a few incidents in particular that occurred during the season and how they allowed me to realize how far I had fallen into that dark space, and then what it took for me to not only get through it but out of it as well, all in time for my 5th and final year of college softball.
