    As Sarah examined the room, she noticed a peculiar detail: a small, ornate key on the floor near the victim's body. She picked it up and turned to the only other person in the room, Robert's wife, Elizabeth.

    "Mrs. Cunningham, do you recognize this key?" Sarah asked.

    Elizabeth shook her head, tears streaming down her face. "No, I've never seen it before."

    Sarah pocketed the key and continued her investigation. She interviewed the staff and learned that Robert had been having an affair with his secretary, Olivia. When questioned, Olivia admitted to the affair but claimed she had nothing to do with the murder.

    As Sarah dug deeper, she discovered that Elizabeth had recently taken out a large life insurance policy on her husband. Suspicious, Sarah confronted Elizabeth, who broke down and confessed to hiring a hitman to kill Robert for the insurance money.

    But something didn't add up. How did the hitman escape the locked room? Sarah suddenly remembered the key she had found. She raced back to the crime scene and found a hidden door behind a bookcase, which the key unlocked.

    Inside the hidden room, Sarah found the hitman, who had been waiting for Elizabeth to pay him. The case was solved, and justice was served. Sarah couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction as she closed the door on another mystery.
