Profile Image for Heidi is a trusted resource in Functional and Integrative nutrition. I’ve been following Heidi for several years, and I am happy to have a reference book written by her!!

Lots of jabbering on about nothing

The first 15 minutes they talk about lattes and vaccines, followed by an uninteresting and shallow review of fairy tales. Would not recommend
