Mike and Jay finally got to sit down and discuss something that is extremely important to them both. Men's Mental Health.

In a time when men, fathers figures, and masculinity are all under attack in western society, the boys open up on the podcast in hopes of encouraging other men to break the silence, and the stigma.

Whether it's society wanting our men muzzled, or simply a man's fear of opening up and asking for help, Non-Negotiable Brand wants to help in any way possible to break that cycle.

After remaining silent and digesting what occurred after Durham Regional Police were involved in a violent incident / police chase where 3 innocent civilians were left dead, including one infant, Mike recorded this solo episode after days of listening to too many and reading articles and comments from nearly every direction, laying blame at the hands of police.

The loss of innocent lives is tragic. Especially that of a child.

How quickly society forgets that a violent psychopath out on bail, made the choices that led to lives being endangered.

Canada and especially the Greater-Toronto area is at a breaking point with the current levels of crime, zero deterrence for criminals, and Trudeau's catch and release bail policies. Incidents like this will continue to occur, and will no doubt get worse.

Police Officers need our support.

Our system needs to be completely revamped, where criminals fear the punishments. Whether at the hands of police or harsh prison sentences.

Criminals are laughing at us.

We need to stick together, and stand with our police.
