  • S1 Ep 5: How to Elope | Feat. Kelsey Converse Photo
    Apr 22 2022

"WE JUST WANT TO ELOPE!!!" —well, friend, then this episode is FOR YOU! A big wedding isn't for everyone, so in this episode we dive into five essential pieces of advice on finding your "why" behind choosing to elope and how to build the foundation of your day (or days!). The biggest takeaway from this episode is that you can literally do ANYTHING your heart desires with your person on YOUR day. There are no rules.

So, sit down, grab a drink, and enjoy the time we get to chat everything "elopement" with our guest, Kelsey Converse.

Here are the "5 Essential Tips To Elope"

    1. Make a date together to find out the true "why" behind your choice to elope. We talk about a few starter questions you can ask one another to understand why it is important to YOU (this also helps you in answering your loved ones' questions
    2. Creating your OWN, perfect day—find things that make you both endlessly happy. What are 5-10 things that you LOVE to do together? These are the things that you can incorporate in your perfect day. Be sure that this is a strong representation of the both of you—not just one partner.
    3. Adding in experiences. This is make your elopement day feel less like a "photoshoot" and more personal to your story.
    4. Elopement don't have to be just two people.  You can still include family and friends in your own way. Don't "guilt invite" either. These are people that have the utmost love for you and you couldn't imagine doing this without.
    5. Deciding on the location. Collect your vision, the experiences you want to include, and the people you want there (if this resides with you). Do you want to be local? Do you want to travel the world? Is there a place you both have on your bucket list?

Listen until the very end to discover what Kelsey is launching soon! THIS IS GOLD! TRUST ME, you don't want to miss it....
