    Jeffrey’s career began as a hospital corpsman in the United States Coast Guard, and he has since developed hospital services and facilities across the globe.

    Jeffrey has since made significant contributions to hospital services and facilities development. He is the President and Founder of Care for Peace, a non-profit organisation based in Novato, California.     Internationally, he has developed hospitals and healthcare systems for Kaiser Foundation International in locations such as the Bahamas, Bahrain, Curacao N.A., and the United Arab Republics.

    Jeffrey’s recently published book To Care for peace has garnered significant attention in TV shows and podcasts.
