  • Interview 5 | Akash Aradhya
    Dec 20 2021

I personally don't think there’s any better way to end off this year with this amazing interview. Akash Aradyhya, a short track speed skater who has represented India in world cups around the world for years. And with the joyful personality and comfort and detail he answered every question and gave examples and opened his whole heart to assure his story is told fully. Through his toughest of times and best of times sectioned very well through this interview we talk about:

    - Family and how hardships motivate to give and thrive for excellence
    - Successes through out his career and what they mean to him
    - moving away from family and how becoming independent has developed and changed him as a person
    - Importance of love among people to never judge or hate upon a individual who we never know what they might be going through
    - Different motivations and even his biggest de motivators when it comes to doing the sport and his lowest of the lows.

Akash is defiantly someone with a very bright personality to which comforted me into being bale to ask what i asked and with the shire desire to assure and help and motivate and share his story onto the world i was extremely great full to have him and speak to him. Unfortunately due to Akash living in the mountains there are minor disturbances to which of course i have tried my very best to cover yet if anything please try to ignore them.

Thank you OJR Family and i wish you all a Merry Christmas and not yet a happy new year as this isn’t the last episode of the year ;) i wish you all well and i hope you are fine. Thank you all and may god bless you ❤️

    -Team work
    -Team bond
    -Self awareness
    -Benign in the moment

And with his wise words talks in detail with everything he’s experienced as a young athlete and a experienced athlete. How he grew developed not just himself yet his mindset and his understanding of his sport. I was very blessed to listen to his words and truly he spoke very single time without any regrets and has had the career to which he loved and charrished every single moment of his life. This interview was amazing and i hope you all enjoy it! The audio was bit disturbed due to the connection yet it was tried to be fixed to the best ability as we could. Thank you for the understanding.

Thank you OJR Family i hope you enjoy and are excited as i am ! Hope you have a wonderful week and God bless you all ❤️

  • Peter Riches Interview | Part 2
    Sep 27 2021

A touching episode to say the least. Face to face with my best mate Peter Riches and following up from our last interview we talk on aspects such as ; trials , personal life, motivations, values, progressions/ visions for the future and why we were put on this earth and what we want to achieve.

After spending 4-5 months training with Peter its been a blessing to have him to see him in the environment of a full time athlete and also finally being side to side about things we used to talk about as kids and living in Nottingham, the fact it became a reality for as little while was amazing.

Thank you Peter for the laughs, talks, support, love and joy you’ve brought me and the SSPP and the whole of Nottingham the time you were here. We all wish you the very best in your Long Track and you have the whole skating community behind you and supporting you and that’s a fact!

Laddies and gentlemen i hope you enjoy this humble and loving episode which we both were very proud and happy about, hope you all have a wonderful week!

P.S - episode includes inappropriate language yet it is censored and suitable for audiences that would be offended and dislike foul language.
