This is an introduction to three great traditions with I like to remember with the acronym PAM!  A lot of people have left the Catholic institution, but these are ideas worth exploring! 

This is a short explanation of why I named the podcast Om Sunday! My hope is it will lead you to new places in your own spiritual journey, places you’ve never been to before, maybe even places that you never knew existed!

The religion of our time is "interspirituality" according to Catholic monk Brother Wayne Teasdale who combined the traditions of Christianity, Hinduism, and Buddhism in the way of the Christian sannyasa.  

What does it mean to use that label 'catholic' in today's world?  Is it about being part of an enormous institution? Is it about the obligation to go to church on Sunday? Or does it have to do with how you live your life and how your actions affect people and the planet? If you are one of the 40 million Catholics who don't go to church anymore, I'd love to share your story and hear where you're now finding the joy and connection you had hoped to find in the pews.
