On Stage and Beyond: Mastering the Art of Improv with Shardul Mehta from Reflex Improv

  • Resumen

  • In this episode, join us as we explore the art of improv with Shardul Mehta, an experienced improviser. As an advocate for self-expression, this is one of my favorite methods to get out of the head and into the body while tapping into joy, playfulness, and collaboration . Get ready to laugh, learn, and discover how improv extends far beyond the stage into our everyday lives.

Shardul is founder and co-owner of Loudoun Improv and partner with Reflex Improv, teaching improv classes throughout Northern VA. He's an experienced improviser, having performed on stage with a number of troupes, at the Washington Improv Theater's Fighting Improv Smackdown Tournament, and on podcasts. His alter ego is a senior technology product executive, having launched and scaled products and product teams at startups and Fortune 100 companies. He and his wife of 25 years have two children and enjoy movies, the theater, and travel.
