  • TOUR DE FRANCE STAGE 21 - PHONE-IN! X Spaces live show as Pogacar signs off in style
    Jul 21 2024

It's a live phone in on X (Twitter!)! Tadej Pogacar takes his sixth stage of the Tour de France 2024. As we say goodbye to Mark Cavendish, could Pog be coming for him?! Sanny, Katy, Lena and friends old and new wrap up the final stage of 2024. Who are the winners and losers of the Tour? Words on Carapaz and Girmay and what about Tobias Abrahamsen NOT getting the super combativity award despite winning the vote?!

We get WhatsApp voicenotes too as well as chatting across the Twittersphere (X-sphere?!) - hopefully the audio quality isn't too bad - and at one point X seemed to go in meltdown as the news on Joe Biden dropped half way through!

  • TOUR DE FRANCE STAGE 20 REVIEW - Pogacar the accidental cannibal, tears, gifts and TTs
    Jul 20 2024

Tadej Pogacar does it again. FIVE stages won at the Tour de France, but this wasn't in the script, was it?! Katy and Sanny discuss the highs and the lows of the race as Poggy again goes thermonuclear and we see emotional reactions on the line from Romain Bardet and Mark Cavendish. This gifting concept is knocked on the head fairly early on and with the time-trial tomorrow is it all feeling a little anti-climactic?! We get your thoughts too, listen out for Colin Sturgess namedrop Greg LeMond! Plus Katy and Sanny preview the time trial - Monaco to Nice.

  • TOUR DE FRANCE STAGE 18 REVIEW - The final chance for the breakaway as the Tour heads back to the Alps - a precious stage victory up for grabs in the hills
    Jul 18 2024

Stage 18 was another day for the break, and there was plenty of attacking as the race headed into the Alps. With a huge group up the road, who would take the honours, on possibly the last opportunity before the race heads into the big mountains for the finale of this year's race? And would the peloton finally sit back and take a day off? Josef Murray steps in for Sanny to review all the action on the stage, contemplate the prophecies of the mysterious 'mou' on Twitter, and look ahead to Stage 19, when the race for the GC gets serious, and the peloton must tackle two huge HC climbs on their way to Isola 2000 - will it be the day that Pogačar strikes the final blow, or can Vingegaard (or Evenepoel) rally?

  • TOUR DE FRANCE STAGE 17 REVIEW - Carapaz clinches it in the Alps, Pogacar attacks but was the psychological battle worth more than 2 seconds?
    Jul 17 2024

Stage 17 has everything, everywhere, all at once! Richard Carapaz breaks the breakaway and Simon Yates along the way to win his first ever Tour de France stage and complete the Grand Tour set. What about Pogacar's big attack on Vingegaard and then Remco Evenepoel's salvo for 10 seconds? Was the psychological point-scoring worth more than the time gained? Speaking of points, Biniam Girmay looks likes he's wrapped up the Green jersey. Katy is on hand to guide us - especially Sanny through the thrills and spills in the Alps. Plus they preview Stage 18 starting at Gap for the 50th time!

    Jul 14 2024

Tadej Pogacar takes stage 15 as he cracks Jonas Vingegaard. Is the Tour now over? Are we enjoying this third stage win for Poggy or could he, UAE and Visma have let the breakaway go and actually give us that joy? Has Cavendish made the time cut, and your thoughts on what we should do with silly people on the sidelines. Plus Katy and Sanny preview Stage 15, with even more climbing to come. #TDF2024

  • TOUR DE FRANCE STAGE 14 REVIEW - Pogacar on top in the Pyrenees, Remco fighting talk, sickness, motos and Doritos
    Jul 13 2024

Tadej Pogacar takes stage 14 as Team UAE eventually crush the breakaway. Can Jonas Vingegaard respond tomorrow iwith more mountains to come or will Poggy push on? Remco throws out some gihting talk but is his GC cooked? We also salute the breakaway, talk motos being a tad too close and oh my days the guy with the crisps (chips) - 'Dorito Man' - looks like he may get a knock on the door soon. Sickness in the peloton is also causing controversy - should GEriant Thomas still be there? Plus Katy and Sanny preview Stage 15, with even more climbing to come. #TDF2024
