In addition, both Britney and Ashton have their own unique experiences of being neurodiverse: Britney reported having ADHD and Ashton stated that she is on the Autism Spectrum. Their experiences with neurodiversity only enable them to be that much more compassionate, empathic, and caring. Britney and Ashton discuss ways they are using ABA to make a difference in clients they come across so that their clients can thrive. This is an admirable quality to have, not only in the helping profession, but in professions everywhere.
