    In this meditation we’ll tune into the stillness that’s all around us, all the time. By using the analogy of the mind being like a radio, we can visualise how it’s possible to tune into to different frequencies of experience. In this case, and for this practice, we’ll gently invite the mind to tune into the frequency of stillness — coming to rest in a place of natural, effortless peace and silence.

    In this meditation we’ll begin to notice and pay attention to the present moment that’s unfolding all around us. Recognising that this moment is completely whole as it is, and demands nothing of us, we can invite a sense of release and gentleness into our experience — simply sitting and resting here in this moment, without any expectations.

  • The Space of Silence

    In this meditation we’ll begin by noticing all the sounds that are arising and passing away around us — tuning into the soundscape of our immediate environment. We’ll then start to recognise the constant, ever-present silent space that surrounds these sounds. Resting our awareness in this silent space, we’ll just sit, noticing how all the sounds we ever hear are simply arising and fading away in this space — this vast landscape of silence.
