I had an inspiring conversation with Steph Altom about the impact of PQ in her life and the clients she has coached. After working for many years in the front and business offices of chiropractic and mental health clinics, Steph was led to pursue coaching. She completed coach training in 2018 and proceeded to get certifications in DISC and 6 Working Geniuses to help her clients better understand themselves and others. Steph spent about 3 years as a coach for a consulting firm where she worked with the internal team and with other client ‘s teams. Steph is passionate about one-one interactions, and working with servant leaders and their teams.

At the March group meeting, we focused on the topic of transformation. Romans 12:2 says, "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." Using the sage power of exploration, we opened the meeting with this question: How do you define transformation? As a result of this question, the discussion was encouraging and inspiring. We learn more about how PQ is being used to impact family relationships and change people's outlook.
