The Puck Drop podcast shines a spotlight on several exciting PWHL prospects - we talked to Noora Tulus in a previous episode, and today we chat with goaltender Klára Peslarová from Czechia. She played the last two sesaons with Brynäs IF in the SDHL, putting up a 1.76 GAA and a .935 save percentage last season, and then played a record 430 minutes in the Women's World Championships. Klára came back from a serious knee injury the year before that to put up a 1.91 GAA and a .927 save percentage with Brynäs. This interview is also featured on The Hockey News - Women's website!

Alex Adams from The Hockey News joins us to discuss free agent frenzy, which really did become a frenzy by the time we finished recording! The PWHL Draft and Awards ceremony took place in St. Paul, Minnesota, where to no one's surprise, Sarah FIllier was selected first overall by PWHL New York. After that, almost nothing went to script. A trade to move up - a controversial pick - Amanda Kessel almost going undrafted - some sneaky moves and celebrations for the players involved. We try to wrap it up with some stories of what happened, from the Luleå trio to the controversy and the new teammates who are also old teammates. And there's more to come!

The PWHL finals are underway, with Boston and Minnesota emerging from their semi-final series and now facing off for the inaugural Walter Cup.
