Prayer is not merely the utterance of words or the effort of the natural mind to reach God; it begins where human effort ends in surrender to God. In this posture of yielding, the spiritual realm is accessed and genuine faith is birthed by the Spirit.

In this message titled, “When Ye Pray – 3,” Pastor Jeffrey Walter reveals that the spiritual realm cannot be accessed through natural means such as analytical thinking. He shows how the analytical mind (i.e., thinking from the natural self) hinders prayer by keeping us bound to the senses, and teaches that effective prayer comes through surrendering to God. Furthermore, he offers practical guidance on how to refrain from the analytical mind and distractions in prayer. Ultimately, he presents prayer as a transformative journey—through consistent surrender and repentance, desires are purified, spiritual awareness deepens, and one comes into genuine faith where divine answers are received.

May this message empower you to shut down the analytical mind and every other distraction in prayer.

    Mar 1 2026

There are times in our Christian walk when feelings of distress and agitation clearly reveal that we are spiritually sick. Though we may recognise these symptoms, we often ignore them or fail to discern their true source. True healing begins when we let God help us identify the root of our sickness and guide us into the faith that makes us whole.

In this series, Pastor Jeffrey Walter emphasizes the essential role of patience in the journey of transformation. He explains that this journey must not be approached transactionally—as though immediate results are self-merited, but rather, with perseverance in obeying the Word of God. By examining spiritual symptoms, he shows how they should motivate obedience to God and reveals their true source: one’s faith.

In this episode, “Thy Faith Hath Made Thee Sick,” Pastor Jeffrey Walter examines common symptoms of spiritual sickness and offers practical ways to identify them in our lives. He emphasises the importance of rightly discerning the roots of these symptoms rather than ignoring them or merely seeking outward relief from the discomfort they cause. He also identifies the underlying cause of spiritual sickness and explains the transformation God leads us through to experience true inward healing. He concludes by urging believers to strive to obtain and embody the right inward faith through obedience, prayer and gratitude, trusting that God is always ready to bring us into the faith that makes us truly whole.

May you be empowered by this message to rightly discern your spiritual sickness and pursue the faith that can truly heal and make you whole.

  • 03 TSC Feb 26 Kumasi | I Want To Be Healed
    Feb 28 2026

As part of our spiritual journey, we are often given instructions in the Word of God to obey i.e., things to do and things to not to. It is very easy, however, to get so caught up in outwardly obeying these instructions that we miss the very point of them. Could it be that what God truly desires from us goes beyond mere compliance with His word? What, then, is God really after when He gives us His instructions?

In this series, Pastor Jeffrey Walter emphasizes the essential role of patience in the journey of spiritual transformation. He uncovers why we give up easily and encourages perseverance in obeying the Word of God. By examining spiritual symptoms, he shows how their discovery should motivate obedience to God and reveals the need to embody genuine faith that makes whole.

In this episode, "I Want to Be Healed," Pastor Jeffery Walter explains the point of God’s instructions to us, and emphasises our need to understand and align with it. Drawing on the truth that God does not really want sacrifice or offering but something far deeper, he unpacks what obedience to God's instructions truly means, how we are to obey, and what we ought to do in following God's commandments. Using practical examples of spiritual symptoms in our spiritual bodies, (i.e., signs of spiritual sickness that should drive us to God for healing) he helps us understand what God is truly doing in us through His giving of instructions, and the need for us to observe these symptoms in ourselves, desire their removal, and begin to work with God towards restoration.

May this message urge you to examine the spiritual symptoms in yourself, and ignite your desire for healing and wholeness in the Lord.

    Key Scriptures: Psalm 40:6 (KJV)

6 Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.

    Psalm 51:16-17 (KJV)

16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.

17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

  • 02 TSC Feb 26 Kumasi | Why We Give Up Easily
    Feb 27 2026

For many believers the journey towards attaining the promises of God starts with enthusiasm, but very few manage to endure the journey to the end. Why does the excitement of receiving God’s Word fade gradually into discouragement when results are not immediately seen?

In this series, Pastor Jeffrey Walter emphasizes the essential role of patience in the journey of spiritual transformation. He uncovers why we give up easily and encourages perseverance in obeying the Word of God. By examining spiritual symptoms, he shows how their discovery should motivate obedience to God and reveals the need to embody genuine faith that makes whole.

In this episode “Why We Give Up Easily,” Pastor Jeffrey Walter teaches that the Christian journey requires patience and perseverance. Drawing from the teachings of Jesus in the Gospels of Mark and Matthew—particularly the Parable of the Sower and the Parable of the Workers in the Vineyard—he explains why true spiritual growth unfolds gradually and why many people abandon the journey before attaining the promise. Through these teachings, he warns against approaching faith with a transactional mindset, showing how this attitude often leads to offense and the abandonment of spiritual pursuits when expected results do not appear.

Pastor Walter further highlights the critical moment when resistance feels strongest—what he describes as the “eleventh hour.” Like the travail of childbirth, the greatest resistance often appears just before breakthrough. In these moments, believers are encouraged to persist: to keep showing up, to continue practicing the truth, and to rely on God for the strength needed to endure.

As you listen to this message, may you receive strength to labour with God's word and not to give up no matter how long the journey is.

Key Scripture: Mark 4:16-17 (KJV) 16 And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness; 17 And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake, immediately they are offended.

Other Scriptures: Matthew 19:27-31, Matthew 20:1-16, Matthew 9:37-38, Luke 9:62, Matthew 22:14, Matthew 7:13-14 (All scriptures in KJV)

  • 01 TSC Feb 26 Kumasi | The Need For Patience
    Feb 26 2026

The Scriptures present the promise of being “turned into another man”— freedom from sin and its effects, including fear, addiction, anxiety, and other frailties—resulting in a life aligned with God’s will. This transformation is typified by Israel’s journey from Egypt to the Promised Land: deliverance is possible, yet the journey is difficult and requires patience.

In this episode, “The Need for Patience”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter establishes the central promise of the gospel—spiritual transformation—and shows how challenging the process can be. He presents patience as an essential requirement for this transformation and outlines key obstacles along the journey: the “horrible pit” and the “miry clay.” He concludes by urging believers to continue obeying the Word of God, assuring that patient perseverance leads to true transformation, i.e., becoming the person God intends them to be.

As you listen to this message, may the Lord grant you patience to stay the course throughout the journey of transformation. Victory awaits you!

    Key Scripture: Psalm 40:1-3 (KJV)

I waited patiently for the Lord; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.

2 He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.

3 And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord.

  • Forgving Yourself
    Feb 22 2026

Have you ever found yourself in a place of failure or brokenness, feeling undeserving of God’s goodness? Have you knowingly sinned and concluded that God has surely abandoned you? Perhaps you have been involved in something you consider so bad that you believe it places you beyond forgiveness.

In this message titled “Forgive Yourself,” Pastor Jeffrey Walter exhorts believers to understand self-forgiveness in its true biblical sense—refusing to hold one’s sins against oneself in all ways that disqualify them from the goodness and promises of God. He begins by explaining what forgiveness truly means, emphasizing that God does not hold a person’s sins against them or orchestrate the consequences of their wrongdoing.

This teaching reveals the depth of God’s love and corrects common misconceptions about sin, punishment, and separation from God. As you gain clarity on forgiveness, you will be encouraged to release yourself from condemnation and turn fully to the Lord, our true and only Savior.

    Key Scripture: John 8:11 KJV

She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

Scriptures: John 8:3-11, Isaiah 49:15, Revelations 3:20, 1 John 3:18-22, Matthew 19:-22-25 [All Scriptures in KJV]

  • 03 Wisdom For Life Series | Making the Journey
    Feb 20 2026

The journey of spiritual transformation can often feel overwhelming and unattainable. Yet, spiritual growth occurs gradually as we take the next immediate step in obedience to the Word of God. With this posture of faith, we discover that the Lord grants victory, shaping us into who He has called us to be and empowers us to lead others along that same path.

In this message, “Making the Journey”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains the foundation and nature of wisdom, showing how a person becomes wise through intuitive knowledge. He addresses the struggles involved in the journey of spiritual transformation (i.e., change) and offers practical steps for navigating them. Ultimately, Pastor Jeffrey Walter encourages believers to trust that although transformation is challenging, God provides the strength to persevere and brings the journey to its successful completion—the Promised Land.

    Key Scripture: Numbers 13:27-28 (KJV)

27 And they told him, and said, We came unto the land whither thou sentest us, and surely it floweth with milk and honey; and this is the fruit of it.
