The reason why I desire to talk about it is such a fundamental topic and something that we are all working on. We all desire to be loved deep down. And I’ve had some realizations around love, and self love, over my years of spiritual & plant medicine journeying and I desire to share them so that it might make it easier for some people to find that beautiful and peaceful space of self love. I see a lot of us who struggle to love ourselves, and we work hard on it, and it’s a whole project, it’s a whole thing, a whole curriculum, there is a reality where loving yourself really has nothing to do with you, and it makes it really easy to do so. The essence of this episode is to lean into the simple and to accept the simplicity of something that maybe we really liked struggling with in the past. LOVE. ______________________________________
