Eric Bonick believes in providing both premium services and transparency. Eric’s core responsibilities with the company are asset acquisition and portfolio management. Before Eric co-founded this company, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Military & Strategic Studies from the United States Air Force Academy. After graduation, he flew MQ-9 Reapers for Special Forces then transitioned into Acquisitions for the Air Force and Space Force. Eric started investing in real estate in 2016 and quickly realized the importance of real estate assets. While serving, he became a licensed Realtor in New Mexico in 2018 to provide desperately needed expertise to home buyers, sellers, and real estate investors. Eric earned a Master's in Real Estate Development through the University of Arizona in May 2024 to utilize that education for the benefit of the company and its investors.
