Planeta Venus joined four other hyperlocal Latino newsrooms: La Voz Latina Central (Harrisburg, PA), Philatinos Radio (Philadelphia, PA), La Raza (Chicago, IL) and 2 Puntos Platform (Philadelphia, PA). With the support of Solutions Journalism Network, they worked together to interview Latinos about the Latino Vote. Each newsroom focused on their local communities gathering important data that resonated with the responses of the other participating newsrooms.

La Dra. Bey realizó un estudio en Wichita entre 2019 y 2020 para evaluar la depresión entre la comunidad local de inmigrantes. Esta investigación se centró en los factores demográficos y de inmigración asociados con los síntomas de depresión entre los inmigrantes que viven en el área de Wichita. Dr. Bey performed a study in Wichita between 2019 and 2020 assessing Depression Among the Local Immigrant Community. This research focused on the demographic and immigration factors associated with depression symptoms among immigrants living in the Wichita Area. On How living in Wichita impact the mental health of immigrants and what can be done to help improve mental health of immigrants living in Wichita.
