  • A bright light in the war-torn city of Kyriat Shemona | Pod For Israel
    Jul 12 2024

Pastor Israel Illuz and Dr. Erez Soref share a update from Israel's northern border under constant attack from Hesbollah terrorists. His congregation stood up to serve our soldiers hot meals, and soon after, Christians from all over the world showed up to share the love of Yeshua with good home cooking! Even after a rocket struck near their newly renovated congregation their team quickly cleaned up and built back to serve again. Share these powerful stories of faith that inspired us with light and hope in these dark days of war, and take their challenge to stand with Israel in prayer and support!

  • The Aramaic "Onkelos" is not a Literal translation! | Part 3 | Case for Messiah
    Jun 20 2024

In this episode, we explore the intricate relationship between Jewish faith and tradition, focusing on the Aramaic translation of the Torah known as the “Targum Onkelos.” We will discuss how the rejection of the Septuagint by rabbis, due to its association with early Jewish followers of Yeshua, led to the development of the Aramaic translation of the Torah that incorporated rabbinic traditions.

  • The Oral Law is a reaction to the New Testament faith! | Part 2 | Case for Messiah
    Jun 16 2024

Join us as we explore how New Testament passages have influenced the selection of readings in synagogues and the transcription of the oral law (Mishnah) by rabbis. We will draw parallels between key figures like Rabbi Akiva and the Apostle Paul, suggesting that rabbinic Judaism emerged in part as a response to Messianic Judaism.

A proper Scriptural challenge.

So glad to hear Dr. Postell frame this approach to any and all Truth claims in relation to the "Berean" mindset toward checking everything Paul told them against the Tanakh/OT, and, even NT revelation describes them as "more noble" for doing so.
Excellent episode. Thank you.

Love it!

I love this podcast. Eagerly wait for the next episode to come out each week. It's remarkably helped me understand the difference between Biblical Judaism and Rabbinic Judaism. Thank you! Glad it's available on Audible now.
