Goal setting is a well versed topic in the entrepreneurship space, but as a creative, do you ever feel like it's so restrictive? I do too, and that's why I actually hate goals, and don't worry about setting specific, ridiculously detailed goals and deadlines. Instead, I focus on something else and that's what this episode is all about.
