    Types of Prayer:


    • Adoration: Praising God for who he is ( Psalm 95:6)
    • Confession: Admitting sins and seeking forgiveness (1 John 1:9)
    • Thanksgiving: Expressing gratitude for God's blessings (Philippians 4:6)
    • Supplication: Making a request for yourself to God or for others (Philippians 4:6)


    Purposes of Fasting:


    • Repentance: Demonstrating sorrow for sins and seeking God’s forgiveness (Jonah 3:5-10).
    • Guidance: Seeking direction and wisdom from God (Acts 13:2-3).
    • Spiritual Strength: Building spiritual strength and preparedness (Matthew 4:1-2).
