Wren highlighted the benefits of starting a podcast, particularly for those in ministry or business. She emphasized the reach a podcast could provide, citing statistics and personal success stories of individuals in the ministry who had started podcasts. 

Wren explained the concept of Parkinson's law and its relevance to time management, especially in the context of a podcast. She emphasized that, if one has a specific amount of time dedicated to a task, they can complete it within that timeframe. She then moved on to discuss the six initial steps for creating a podcast, which include: setting a goal, choosing a dynamic title, creating readable artwork, acquiring necessary equipment, securing a hosting site, and creating a trailer for the podcast.
