Some of which have even led to psychological harm! One of my best friends, Heidi Ellis has recently completed a doctoral dissertation on this very issue! Her insights in what's going on, how do we measure it, and how do we prevent it are valuable for any church goer, and even more valuable for those who lead churches like myself!
