  • Cadillac V-Series.R Hypercar Sound!
    Jun 21 2024

The Cadillac has been developed under the "Le Mans Daytona h" (LMDh) regulations which allows it to be fielded alongside Le Mans Hypercar (LMH) entries in the Hypercar class of the FIA WEC or in the GTP class of the IMSA SportsCar Championship. Compared to Le Mans Hypercar (LMH) rule set, in which there's much more freedom in designing the car, LMDh teams are forced to rely on one of the 4 chassis manufacturers chosen by ACO and IMSA (Dallara, Ligier, Multimatic and Oreca) in order to have a base from which to build their own vehicle. Cadillac continued their partnership with Dallara, taking most of the experience from their previous DPi-V.R into the new project. The V-Series.R is powered by a Cadillac LMC55R 5.5-litre DOHC V8 linked to a 7-speed sequential gearbox and to the mandatory 50kW hybrid system.

  • Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport Sound!
    Jan 6 2024

This episode is all dedicated to the racing version of the 718 Cayman GT4 RS, Porsche's mid-engined sports car and their first car outside the 911 to wear the RS badge and treatment. The car leaves the factory ready to race and can be used in the SRO Racing Series and GT4-class without further modifications. The 4.0-litre flat-6 engine is taken over unchanged from the production car and it's the same unit that can be found on both 992 GT3 and 992 GT3 Cup cars. The Clubsport is offered with two different exhaust systems, one unmuffled and one with mufflers on, meaning the GT4 RS can also compete on tracks with stricter noise limits.

  • Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II V10 Sound!
    Dec 22 2023

This episode is focused on two Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II cars that belong to the Rutronik Racing team in testing at Monza. For 2022 Audi Sport unveiled a second evolution package of their GT3-class car which was focused on improving aerodynamics, chassis and traction control. Unlike the previous 'Evo' version which used mainly the rear diffuser to generate downforce, the Evo II uses the new rear wing to achieve the desired levels of downforce. New suspensions and improved traction control with greater possibilities of intervention have been introduced on the Evo II. The engine is still the 5.2-litre V10 engine but it also received a little upgrade, consisting of a new air intake which aims to improve torque delivery.
