Happy Tuesday! It's been another hot minute but Allie and Hallie are finally back. This week's episode is coming from a recording from a RIN vacation! The girls are finally reviewing Kingdom of The Wicked by Kerri Maniscalo! The two discuss discuss Facebook group posts (and how dumb some of them are) and how great a relationship with a prince of hell would be. They once again they mentally rewrite a book, and the roles are reversed when Hallie is the one taking snaps during recording. The girls struggle to understand Hallie’s mediocre notes while Allie does some brief serenading and close the episode out with Allie's big theory for Kingdom of The Cursed!

Happy Thursday! The one year anniversary episode of Read It, Next is finally here! Allie and Hallie are finally able to sit and chat with each other to recall the past year of podcasting. The girls do a quick reintroduction of how they met and came up with the idea to start a podcast, even how they used to edit early episodes. During the discussion the girls rant about fluorescent lighting (because no one looks good in fluorescent lighting) and give some life updates. The pair also share their favorite and least favorite episodes they've recorded and what they are most looking forward to covering. Allie and Hallie answer the few questions they received on IG, sharing their birth charts and exposing themselves in the process. The girls express their extreme gratitude to everyone who's listened to the show and their disbelief of how far they've come. As always, enjoy! 💞

The two briefly discuss the authors other works and if this is an author they will be reading more of. The two also discuss the how uncomfy it is reading sexual situations between teenagers. Allie and Hallie also talk means girls in high school and if they would compromise their character to be popular. The duo also go over their own high school experiences and the inconsistencies this book holds to them The two also tie in Carrie Underwood's iconic song Before He Cheats and Tay Money and how one of the main characters of Punk 57 didn't understand the assignment.

Happy Wednesday and first day of September! 💞🍂 It's been a while but Allie and Hallie are back for a (very late) mid-year reading catch up. The girls catch up on what life has been like the past few weeks including Allie's hectic work schedule and Hallie's iPod adventures. The duo discuss polls that were featured on their instagram stories and go over everything from pros and cons of reading challenges, the outcome of their 2021 most anticipated reads and other new releases they're still looking forward to. Allie comes up with a new nickname for the New Adult genre and find out which book to show adaptation Hallie has been watching. The girls round out the episode with some love to JLA and if anyone can help Hallie find the book she read eight years ago it would be highly appreciated.

The duo share a couple of pet peeves they have with authors and go into hoe 2021 books have affected their reading.
