Welcome to my second episode of Ready To Land. This podcast is a conversation about the process of changing course in your life after setbacks or losses and discovering the way back to yourself.

In this episode, I share my journey of becoming an author and writing a chapter in a collaborative book, Dear Younger Self. I wrote my chapter, Ready to Land, Coming Home to Me in the hope that it will inspire and help anyone feeling a bit lost and directionless to realize that they are not alone. In truth, writing this vulnerable and raw chapter was a rite of passage for me connecting my younger, present, and future selves. I am inviting listeners to come on a journey with me, sharing insights that they do not have to have it all figured out right now, they do not have to have all of the pieces of their life put together, and they do not have to have every piece of their pain healed. I am also offering to them that they could consider that it's time to come back home to themselves and have an opportunity to land into self-acceptance and realize that they are enough.

My hope with this podcast is to create an environment that will help listeners feel understood and inspired by shared experiences of coming to terms with what is and opening up to what can be.
