    Ceri is originally from Wales, a town called Swansea. He came to the US to play Rugby in 1983, then went back to Wales to finish his degree in physical education. He came back to the USA in 1997. Ceri has always been in construction. He helped his grandfather, who was in construction as well. In 1998 Ceri went full-time in construction: he was a supervisor for James construction, did Sage Creek in FOCO, then worked in Longmont and all over Northern Colorado as the regional Manager for construction and sales.

    In 2008 Ceri went to Steamboat and built the Falcon Head Lodge, a masterpiece and a unique duplex of 14,000 SF. Ceri came back to Fort Collins and joined Triton. Some of his projects include: Observatory village, MacKenzie Place and Trailhead.

    He then built the townhomes in Trailhead with his partner Stan Scott. His current project is “The Homes on Vine”
