  • Broadcasted on Friday, November 8th, from 4-6pm ET on CFRC 101.9fm’s ‘finding a voice’ – In the first hour, from an event held at Novel Idea Bookstore on October 8th, you’ll hear Sharon Berg launching and reading from her new books, “Naming the Shadows” and “The Name Unspoken”, and Elizabeth Greene launching and reading from her new book, “The Dowager Empress: Poems of Adele Wiseman”. In the second hour, from the October 1st ‘and the journey continues’ reading in that monthly open mic series held at the Elm Café, you’ll hear readings by Matt Drabenstott, Sarah Emtage, Karen Rudie, Sasha Hill, Lyle Merriam, Cory Tokay, Joshua Schyff, Alyssa Cooper, Adrienne Yee, Brent Raycroft, Eric Folsom, and me. And with CFRC in the first week of our annual funding drive, I’ll share important info about it, and end the show with a cut off local singer/songwriter Michelle Kasaboski’s 2018 EP, ‘The Very Thought of You’.
