    it’s not over yet. Once again, here’s Andrea Nobile with some more advice. It might seem obvious,
    but positive thoughts are relaxing, especially if you can use them to your advantage. So let me ask
    you: which thoughts make you think of home, and of happiness? Perhaps your children, or perhaps your cat, or your dog, or maybe a day full of love. It could be a memory, or anything really. Remember that it’s never too late to face your fears: just consider the tale of a lady who survived a terrible experience in her past, and started travelling the world again at the age of eighty-two.

Perhaps you’re fully prepared: you’ve thought about your carry-on luggage and what to keep with you throughout the flight; perhaps you’ve done a few exercises to connect with your rational side, you’ve avoided reading things that would just increase your sense of panic. Commander Andrea Nobile is here to give some more useful information: why you have no reason to fear turbulence, for example. You’ll also find that one of the best exercises you can do requires no extra equipment at all: just the simple act of breathing, and enjoying your flight.
